Well dear me this sure is a sight. My name is Granny, well, at least that's what everyone calls me. I used to be a normal granny who gave big, warm hugs to everyone I met. I always had a supply of delicious homemade goodies in my kitchen for anyone who came to visit, but now, I'm flat. I'm flat as a board and it all happened because of a silly blackberry pie!
I was in my kitchen thinking about what sort of yummy treat to make for some friends I had coming over later, and thought "why not make one last blackberry pie before the season is over," so I did. I went out and picked the berries, I got all of my ingredients together and began to mix it all up. I started flattening out my crust with my rolling pin when my doorbell rang, my friends had arrived! I was so excited that my friends had arrived I forgot what I was doing and one thing led to another and first my hand got pulled under the rolling pin and than my arm and then all of me and before I knew it I was flat! I was flat and floating to the ground like a piece of paper!
Don't worry, it didn't hurt at all, but I was in shock! I didn't know what had happened. Now that I'm flat I can't do all of the same things I used to, like drive, so I rely on my friends to help me out. They take me on lots of adventures to make sure I don't miss out on anything. I get to do lots of traveling and meeting new people and see new things!
I've decided I'm going to write down some of the stories of my adventures so people can share in my fun. I'll try to update my blog so you can see what I'm doing. I'll also include some pictures so you can see all of the places and things I'm talking about!
I can't wait to share my adventures with you!
